Bill Landman is a co-founding and controlling member of MainLine Investment Partners, LLC. Comprised of a family of businesses, MainLine Investment Partners is involved in the control, operation and/or ownership of MainLine Private Wealth, LLC, MainLine Investment Advisers, LLC, Merion Realty Partners and MainLine Securities LLC. As the chief executive principal of the first three, Mr. Landman directs all investment, management and strategic initiatives of the organization. Mr. Landman has also been a principal and senior managing director of CMS Companies for over 30 years (since 1987), and during this period, has been responsible for the investment strategy of over $2 billion in private equity and real estate capital. He is also a senior advisor at Renovus Capital, an education-oriented SBIC; is a principal and manager of Merion Residential, a real-estate management company, and directs various corporate investments for MainLine Investment Partners. He serves on numerous boards of private equity firms and portfolio companies associated with MainLine or CMS Investments, including Zeta Global Holdings Corp (publicly traded on the NYSE). Mr. Landman also serves as an Emeritus Trustee of the Thomas Jefferson University Board of Trustees.
Prior to joining CMS, Mr. Landman was a partner in Reich & Landman with offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Sarasota, Florida, with expertise in transactional corporate practices and the representation of professional athletes. Mr. Landman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Gary Droz is a co-founder and the managing director of MainLine Private Wealth, directing the strategic initiatives of the firm. He has worked in financial services for more than 30 years, advising affluent families and institutions and their respective trusts, estates, foundations, endowments and pension plans. Mr. Droz has been featured as a contributing author with ABC News where he provided expertise in the areas of investments and 401k plans. He has also been featured in publications from ETF.com, Barron’s, Reuters, MarketWatch, ThinkAdvisor, Morningstar, Financial Advisor and Investing.com. He has frequently served as a board member for a number of non-profit organizations that work to benefit the Pittsburgh community.
Mr. Droz previously served as the president and managing director of Innovest Financial Management and co-founded the Senior Insurance Institute. The Institute presented educational symposia throughout southeast Florida with the goal of educating seniors and addressing advanced life insurance issues. Mr. Droz was the primary lecturer during these programs, through which he instructed hundreds of seniors on sophisticated insurance strategies over the course of 2007 and 2008. More recently, Mr. Droz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
David Clapper is a co-founder of MainLine Investment Partners, LLC. and along with Mr. Landman, Directs investment, management and strategic initiatives for the organization. As such, he serves as an executive officer for not only MainLine Investment Partners, but also also most of its related companies. He and Mr. Landman have been partners since 2008 when Mr. Clapper joined CMS Companies, beginning his tenure as controller and chief financial officer and later becoming a principal. He currently spends the majority of his time on deal origination and investment selection at MainLine Investment Partners, and with startup operating experience, he also manages investments in operating businesses. Mr. Clapper has served on the board of education at the Haddon Heights School District in Camden counting, New Jersey since 2019.
Prior to joining CMS, Mr. Clapper was a senior manager with Ernst & Young LLP’s assurance and advisory practice where he served the firm’s Philadelphia and New York real estate, private equity, hedge fund, banking and investment advisory clients and was an adjunct professor at Drexel University. He was a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and until recently, maintained his CPA license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Clapper holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
David Turbiner has worked in personal wealth management since 2003, providing financial advisory services to both individuals and corporate clients. His current role also involves him in nearly every aspect related to the operations and implementation of MLPW’s personal advisory services, including his position as chairman of the MainLine Private Wealth Investment Committee. Mr. Turbiner conducts financial asset and portfolio analysis, performs security trading and supervises the rest of the analyst team at MLPW. Due to his extensive knowledge of our clients’ assets, accounts and our strategies and procedures, he is often the first point-of-contact for client-based inquires and requests. Prior to working in financial services, Mr. Turbiner was an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Jones Day Reavis & Pogue. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh, a Masters of Business Administration from the Carnegie Mellon University School of Business and is an active member of the bar in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. David lives in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania with his two children.
Mr. Romanelli serves as chief financial officer of MainLine Investment Partners, LLC. He is also CFO and executive officer of various related businesses, including MainLine Private Wealth, LLC and MainLine Securities, a registered broker-dealer. Mr. Romanelli manages the corporate financial team of MainLine Investment Partners and CMS, and also focuses on various corporate investments for MainLine Investment Partners.
Prior to joining MainLine, Mr. Romanelli spent three years at Intertrust USA, LLC in Wilmington, Delaware as finance director and chief financial officer, and prior to that five years as Controller, at Graham Partners, Inc. in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Mr. Romanelli is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and holds his CPA license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Widener University.
Donna Rittershausen serves as the firm’s chief compliance officer since its inception, assisting the investment professionals in achieving the objectives of the company. She has been working in the financial services industry for more than 35 years and has specialized in SEC and FINRA regulatory compliance for the last 25 years. Ms. Rittershausen has been at CMS Companies in various capacities since 1993, spending most of her time in corporate governance, fund administration and compliance oriented functions and is also associated with MainLine Investment Partners and its investment-related affiliates. Ms. Rittershausen holds various FINRA licenses and is a registered securities principal and principal manager of MainLine Securities, a registered broker-dealer. She also serves as chief compliance officer of MainLine Securities, MainLine Investment Advisers, LLC and CMS Fund Advisers, LLC. Before joining CMS, Ms. Rittershausen worked for five years as a sales assistant for institutional money manager, Newbold’s Asset Management in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Donna and her husband Robert reside in Mickleton, New Jersey with their two sons.
Eric Zeltner serves as the Director of Client Development for MainLine Private Wealth, LLC. Prior to this role he worked at both Stifel Financial Corp and Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor. Eric has experience working with affluent families, business owners, and professionals managing client wealth through lifestyle planning, strategic asset management, advanced wealth transfer strategies, and philanthropic endeavors. He also plays a role in portfolio design and implementation – managing exposure to different asset classes with a concentration in private equity and alternative investments.
Mr. Zeltner holds both his Certified Financial Planner ™ and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® designations, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the John Sykes School of Business at the University of Tampa. Eric enjoys spending time with his family and playing competitive tennis and racquetball.
Rich Milburn serves as a senior analyst for MainLine Private Wealth. He is responsible for portfolio analysis, client reporting, investment analysis, market research and financial planning. Prior to MainLine, Rich worked in various roles during his six years at Archer Investment Management Solutions, with an emphasis on investment operations and trading.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA Charterholder®
